 We have just released a brand new component for Joomla!. The new BizTweet component displays all of your tweets, your friends tweets, and any tweet that is directed at you with the @username method.
This great new component is targetted at business that wish to use the Twitter service, but who also want visitors to their own site, not just twitter.com. Additionally, BizTweet allows more than one user to tweet!
This means that if you're in an organisation which has a twitter account, and you have your own twitter account, you no longer need to continually switch logins! Simply visit your company website, log in, and tweet!
BizTweet is loaded with configurable options while maintaining a clean, simple to use interface. Permission settings control what users have the ability to post a tweet and, with the addition another option, the user's Joomla! user name (or full name) is automatically prepended to the tweet, so your followers can see who is tweeting within your organisation.
Want to add a link to your tweets? BizTweet can automatically reduce the size of your links to save valuable tweeting space. BizTweet utilises the tr.im service to shorten your links.
BizTweet can show up to three Twitter feeds at the same time!
- Friends - tweets from you and the people you follow
- You - only tweets from your account
- Replied and Mentions - any tweet that mentions you username

| Lowest Score Allocation Enter -1 for 'User No Tips Points' when setting up a season and when you process a round, users that forget to submit their tips will be given the same score as the user that did submit their tips, but scored the lowest. This will keep these 'forgetful' users in the game... but only just. |
