#143. Dates on Team History Popup are Incorrect

When view the team history popup, the dates for all past games are shown as either 1969 or 1970.

#144. Language Variable for 'Draw'

Some terms in the ShowTips popup were not drown from the language file.

#146. Saving CSS Changes

In Joomla! 1.5 with the FTP Layer enabled, saving the CSS fails. Also, uploading an import file or exporting data fails.

#150. ShowTips Fails when not Logged in

When not logged in, clicking a user's name does not display the ShowTips popup, but sliently fails.

#151. User TimeZone Preference Not Honoured

Setting a timezone as a user (via Edit Preferences) has no affect.

Enter -1 for 'User No Tips Points' when setting up a season and when you process a round, users that forget to submit their tips will be given the same score as the user that did submit their tips, but scored the lowest. This will keep these 'forgetful' users in the game... but only just.
