jTips started in 2005 with Joomla! 1.0 and has grown and evolved based on numerous requests and feedback on functionality. It has reach the point now where as much as I would love to continue developing and supporting the project, there simply just are not enough hours in the day.

And so jTips is now publicly available for download!

Where can you get it? Well, it's available from the github shared repository. This means that everyone can contribute and take jTips further than ever before.

Right now, I've left it as version 2.1.16. This version removes the licensing validation and OneClick upgrade features.

You can also download all the modules and plugins too! Though, some of them you'll need to zip up first.

jTips is now under the GPLv3 license and it would be great if the developers out there can add to the project.

If you need help with installing, configuring or using jTips, a new forum is available. I'll be monitoring the boards when I can, but I really hope the community can help each other.
